摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration in which a static electricity charged in a user is avoided from being discharged to a component mounted on a circuit board through a rotary operation member, without causing degradation in detection precision of an operation state of the rotary operation member, with reduction in cost and size of an electronic apparatus being promoted. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: an electrode member 30 which is coaxially fixed to the rear surface side of a rotary operation member that is supported by the apparatus body for rotary operation, with a plurality of protruding part 32 which protrude radially provided in circumferential direction; a circuit board 40, being arranged to face the electrode member 30 in non-contact manner in axial direction, in which a plurality of detecting electrode 42 positioned to correspond to the protruding part 32 are provided in the rotational direction of the rotary operation member at constant intervals, and a reference electrode 44 is provided in circumferential direction on the inner peripheral side of the detecting electrode 42; and detecting means 45 which detects change in electrostatic capacitance that occurs between the protruding part 32 and the detecting electrode 42 when the rotary operation member is rotated.
