<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting structure and a pipe fitting method, allowing the construction time to be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe fitting structure 100 comprises a resin pipe 5 to be inserted in an existing drain pipe 1, a solidification material 20 made of resin for filling a part of the gap between the existing drain pipe 1 and the resin pipe 5 so as to partially integrate the existing drain pipe 1 and the resin pipe 5, and a branch pipe 30 which communicates with a hole part 1b passing through the existing drain pipe 1, the solidification material 20, and the resin pipe 5.
