<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which allow excellent coating suitability to be obtained when spray-coated and from which a cured film having excellent transparency and scratch resistance can be formed and to provide a laminate having the cured film formed from the curable composition and a method for producing the cured film. <P>SOLUTION: The curable composition contains (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) inorganic oxide particles and (D) an organic solvent. The content of the (C) component in the curable composition is 0.0001-5 parts mass when the total of all components except the (D) component is 100 parts mass.
