SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE AND SCREEN PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine that enables maintenance of high precision printing by detecting printing misalignment by change in the state of the screen printing machine, and feeding back the detected printing misalignment amount.

SOLUTION: The screen printing machine that prints the cream solder on the substrate through a screen includes: a board recognition camera to obtain a land that becomes the reference of the substrate and an image of the cream solder printed corresponding to the land; a control unit that computes the misalignment amount of the land with the cream solder from the obtained image, multiplies the computed misalignment amount with a given coefficient less than 1, and outputs the computed amount as a print misalignment; and an aligning mechanism that corrects the print misalignment based on the printing misalignment correction amount at following printing.
