<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like member made of a plastic corrugated board capable of closing an opening of a desired shape such as a circular shape or a rectangular shape without generating a gap at an edge surface of a recess or the opening when forming the opening at an inner side from the edge of the plastic corrugated board, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This plate-like member made of a plastic corrugated board comprises: a molten part comprising a rib 11 and a plastic flat plate 9 positioned at least a surface side of the plastic corrugated board molten by pressing and heating a heating plate 22 formed in a predetermined sectional shape on a surface of the plastic corrugated board; and an erected part comprising a plastic flat plate positioned at a back side erected by inserting, from the back side of the plastic corrugated board molten by the heating plate, an expansion member in which a sectional shape when a constituent member divided into a plurality of pieces is expanded toward an outer side in a direction along the surface of the plastic corrugated board is expanded more than the sectional shape during the insertion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
