Cosmetic composition comprises: 1-99 wt.% of animal milk fat; 99-1 wt.% of vegetable lipids; and less than 10 wt.% of water. Independent claims are included for: (1) a dosage form of the composition present in sprayable consistency, comprising a container pre-filled with the composition and a spraying device for applying the composition to an area of skin; and (2) preparing the composition comprising dissolving the animal milk fat, preferably in the form of clarified butter or ghee in plant lipids in liquid form, preferably vegetable oil, and mixing.
