The method involves covering a belt (2) with rubber layers (4,5). The rubber layers are penetrated approximately in radial direction during heating-pressing process of green tire and an electrically conductive profile strip (6) is formed above the belt. The rubber layers are profiled such that the thicknesses (d1,d2) of rubber layers are reduced radially with respect to profile strip.
