The structure (20) has a vertical structure component unit (10.1) provided with vertical carrier profiles (10.1a, 10.1b) and a horizontal structure component unit (10.2) provided with longitudinal beam profiles (10.2a, 10.2b) and a cross beam profile (10.2c). The longitudinal beam profiles are arranged in node points (12.1, 12.2) that are designed as multiple-shear connections. The vertical structure component unit and the horizontal structure component unit are connected to a support structure (10) via a form-fitting and/or frictional and/or firmly bonded connection (18). The connection structure forms a ring-shaped structure, which forms an outer torsion ring. An independent claim is also included for a support structure.
