<p>PURPOSE: A statistical prediction diagnosis device and a prediction diagnosis method of a food hygiene level related to a microorganism are provided to manage an individual hygiene level through mutual comparison for business. CONSTITUTION: Data about a microorganism included in a food are inputted to predict a food hygiene level through an input module(100). An analysis module(200) converts the inputted data into frequency distribution. The analysis module quantifies the converted data through a probability density function. The analysis module predicts and diagnoses the hygiene level by using the quantified data. An output module(300) outputs a predicted and diagnosed result.
