<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing hypochlorous acid water or the like which can produce hypochlorous acid water or the like that has strong deodorizing power and strong sterilizing power and is used for deodorization, disinfection or the like and is weakly acidic or neutral and which is safe, simple and low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing hypochlorous acid water or the like by electrolysis of brine has a non-diaphragm electrolysis electrode and a diaphragm electrolysis electrode arranged in an electrolytic cell having the diaphragm. By setting respective electrolysis current values, electrolysis time and a ratio of them or the like by an electric controllers, desired concentration and pH of hypochlorous acid water or the like can be selected. Further pH of an anode side electrolyte is regulated by replacing a part of a cathode side electrolyte in the electrolytic cell or in the electrolytic cell where only diaphragm electrolysis is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
