PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document disposal determination support device for determination support for properly determining document disposal.

SOLUTION: A document disposal determination support device includes: a type reference storage unit in which document type information and a criterion are stored by organization; a determination condition storage unit in which conditions for determining document disposal are stored by organization; an organization state storage unit in which organization state information indicating information on a state of each organization is stored by organization; a document acquisition unit for acquiring document information on a document possessed by a first organization from a first terminal device belonging to the first organization; a type acquisition unit for acquiring a type of the acquired document on the basis of the criterion; an organization acquisition unit for acquiring from the organization state storage unit a second organization whose organization state information relating to the acquired type matches that of the first organization; a criterion acquisition unit for acquiring determination conditions of the second organization from the determination condition storage unit; and a determination unit for comparing the acquired determination conditions of the second organization with the document information to determine whether the document information is to be disposed.
