<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce projection of an exposed core wire part from a terminal as much as possible when the terminal is crimped to the exposed core wire part at the end of a wire. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a wire 10 with a terminal where the crimp part 22 of a terminal 20 is crimped to the exposed core wire part 14a at the end of a wire 12 includes (a) a step for arranging the exposed core wire part 14a in the crimp part 22, and (b) a step for holding the crimp part 22 between a lower mold 40 and an upper mold 50 and then crimping the crimp part 22 to the exposed core wire part 14a. The production method of a wire 10 with a terminal further includes a step for holding a portion protruding from the crimp part 22 out of the exposed core wire part 14a toward the terminal 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
