<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wipe treatment liquids remaining on surfaces of large amount of components. <P>SOLUTION: The large number of components W and a wiping material 11 are stored in a treatment container 7, and by rotating the treatment container 7, the components W are rotated and agitated in the treatment container 7.
