<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin component wherein appearance defect due to gas such as haze of a surface, color irregularity, crack of a surface, voids and whitening of a surface are hardly generated in a molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition is molded into a shape substantially consistent with a shape of a mold cavity by arranging the resin composition in the cavity and pressurizing while heating. Degassing operation, wherein a gas generated from the thermosetting resin in a preliminary molding process is discharged from an inside of the mold to an outside by opening the mold to shift the resin composition in the cavity from a pressurizing state to an atmospheric pressure state, is performed a plurality of times. After the degassing operation, compression molding is performed by pressurizing the resin composition again. Pressurizing force in the main molding process is higher than both of pressurizing force in the preliminary molding process and pressurizing force in the degassing process. After the thermosetting resin is hardened by heating in a predetermined time in such a state, a mold opening is performed, and a molded article is taken out from the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
