<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of rotating a mass portion about individual two axes perpendicular to each other while achieving reductions in cost and size, and further to provide an optical scanner and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A power circuit 5 comprises: a first voltage generating section 51 for generating first voltages V<SB POS="POST">11</SB>and V<SB POS="POST">12</SB>that periodically change at a first frequency; a second voltage generating section 52 for generating second voltages V<SB POS="POST">21</SB>and V<SB POS="POST">22</SB>that periodically change at a second frequency different from the first frequency; and a voltage superimposing section 53 for superimposing the first voltages V<SB POS="POST">11</SB>and V<SB POS="POST">12</SB>and the second voltages V<SB POS="POST">21</SB>and V<SB POS="POST">22</SB>. The power circuit 5 is constituted so as to rotate a mass portion about a second axis line perpendicular to a first axis line at the second frequency while rotating the mass portion about the first axis line extending along a pair of elastic portions holding the mass portion at the first frequency by applying voltages superimposed by the voltage superimposing section 53 to individual piezoelectric elements 41, 42, 43 and 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
