PURPOSE: A method for assisting purchase of a chauffeur service and a transportation service by an assistance server is provided to transceive information of a service user with a service provider without a service assistance person and enable the service user to transceive information of the service provider matched with a service request condition. CONSTITUTION: An assistance server connects a program for assisting purchase of a chauffeur service and a transportation service(S1). A compatible ACIP(Application Compatible Interface Program) is downloaded. A service provider terminal is registered in the assistance server. A service user terminal downloads the compatible ACIP from the assistance server. The service user terminal registers a service request in the assistance server using the ACIP(S2). The assistance server transmits the registered request to the service provider terminal(S3). The service provider provides a chauffeur service and a transportation service(S4).
