Method for checking the geometry of cylinder-parabolic solar collectors, which comprises the following steps: - positioning the reflective surface (2) of the collector (1) in front of a 3D phase difference laser scanner (3), - covering the reflective surface of the collector module with an anti-reflective protective element (4), - scanning the surface by means of the laser scanner. Thanks to the phase difference laser scanner, it is possible to characterize surfaces, the focus of which is linear.
