MAGNETIC CHUCK

PURPOSE: A magnetic chuck is provided to work a workpiece at a predetermined angle by forming the magnetic chuck to have an oblique surface inclined at predetermined angle or attaching a jig comprising an oblique surface. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic chuck comprises a small magnet(280), a side wall part(240), a combining member(260), an alnico magnet(130), a coil, a filling material(160), and a first insulator(246). The small magnet comprises a magnetic body(220) and a panel part(128). The panel part is formed by inserting a non-magnetic panel(126) between a plurality of magnetic panels(124). A first side wall(242) and a second side wall(244) are formed in the both sides of the small magnet. The combining member penetrates the small magnet and the side walls. The alnico magnet is inserted in the receiving groove of the side wall. The filling material joins the alnico magnet and the coil and fills the receiving groove to expose one side of the alnico magnet. The first insulator applies the magnetic force flowed in the first side wall into another direction.
