<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable conductive device which is suitable for grounding an outer frame of a photovoltaic module, is economical, and enables easy installation. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive device has a first electrical conduction element 1 electrically connecting with a photovoltaic module 10, a second electrical conduction element 2 supporting the photovoltaic module 10, and a conductive rod 32 including a screw thread 33. The first electrical conduction element 1 electrically connects with the second electrical conduction element 2 through the rod 32.
