<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement browsing system and an advertisement browsing method capable of providing information on an advertisement a user finds based on information collected from surroundings of the user without needing a user operation. <P>SOLUTION: The advertisement browsing system comprises a portable terminal 20, an information cooperation server 30 and a Web server 40. The portable terminal 20 collects a positional information log or a voice information log, and transmits the collected positional information log or voice information log to the information cooperation server 30. The information cooperation server 30 comprises storing means 31 for storing an advertisement information list on which a piece of or multiple pieces of advertisement information including information for identifying the advertisement are registered, extracting means 32 for extracting the advertisement corresponding to the received positional information log or voice information log from the advertisement information list, and transmitting means 33 for transmitting an advertisement extraction list on which information on the extracted advertisement is registered to the Web server 40.
