<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource allocation method in the communication system which can suppress transmission delay effectively. <P>SOLUTION: In the resource allocation method in the communication system, which includes a terminal 110 and a base station 100, data to be transmitted to the terminal 110 is regularly generated, the base station 100 allocates resources to the terminal 110 and transmits the data using the resources. The base station 100 comprises a resource management part 102 which monitors a transmission state of the data by a transmission traffic monitoring part, and, if the transmission state of the data does not satisfy a predetermined condition, determines resource allocations based on monitoring results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
