DATA CORRECTION METHOD OF LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data correction method of liquid chromatography for correcting data on holding time which may be different for every measurement to substantially check high reproducibility, especially, a correction method of ultra low flow liquid chromatography.

SOLUTION: A data correction method includes: a concentration gradient generation process of pouring solution containing a substance to be tested to liquid chromatography to generate a concentration gradient of the solution by spending predetermined time; a measurement process of obtaining holding time data and mass-to-charge ratio data by associating them with each other for the respective components of the substance to be tested separated and eluted in the concentration gradient generation process; and a process of correcting two-dimensional data between the holding time data and the mass-to-charge ratio data obtained in the measurement process by correlating the two-dimensional data with preliminarily calculated standard two-dimensional data.
