摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration method for sludge capable of reducing the chemical feeding rate of flocculant, improving the SS recovery rate as a whole system and restraining the foaming of wastewater. <P>SOLUTION: Sludge to be dehydrated is dehydrated through a primary flocculation process, a mixing process, a separation process, a secondary flocculation process and a dehydration process. A polymer flocculant 8 is injected into the sludge to be dehydrated 7 in the first flocculation mixing tank 2 to form flocculated sludge. A concentration zone separated liquid discharged from the concentration zone of a screw-press dehydrator 6 and a dehydration zone separated liquid discharged from a dehydration zone are supplied to a mixing means 3, and at the mixing means 3, the concentration zone separated liquid and the dehydration zone separated liquid are mixed with the flocculated sludge of the first flocculation mixing tank 2 to form mixed sludge.
