IMAGE PROCESSING PROGRAM, IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, MEASUREMENT ANALYSIS DEVICE AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately set a region of interest (ROI) so as to include a desired ratio of regions.

SOLUTION: The image processing device is mounted on a device for measuring and analyzing a behavior of a living organism to support an operation to select a region of the living organism to be measured. The program of the image processing device includes the steps of: moving a region of the same shape as a predetermined shape on a biological image according to the selecting operation in oder to set a measurement region of the predetermined shape in a part of the obtained biological image; calculating the ratio of partitions of pixels included in the region on the basis of a biological structure of the living organism associated with the pixels of the biological image or a value for partitioning a biological state; and presenting information including the calculated partition ratio as an index in the region. The image processing device executes the program.
