<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking device with small variation, a small temperature characteristic, good electric leakage detection accuracy, and a small malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The blocking device according to the present invention comprises an electric leakage detection part for detecting electric leakage in an alternating-current electric path; a voltage detection part for detecting voltage information between respective lines of the alternating-current electric path; first and second conversion parts for digital-converting an output of the electric leakage detection part and an output of the voltage detection part; a signal processing part for processing signals based on the outputs of the first and second conversion parts and digital signals; an electric leakage determination part for determining the electric leakage based on the output of the signal processing part; and a block signal outputting part for outputting blocking signals to block the alternating-current electric path when it is determined that the electric leakage is occurring by the electric leakage determination part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
