<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice call registering device where only passengers, such as wheelchair users or the visually disabled having difficulty in operating a button in a car, can seek rescue by voice when they are trapped in the car due to a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: The voice call registering device includes: a registrable call determination unit that determines whether a voice call registration can be operated based on an operation state of the elevator; a disaster occurrence determination unit that determines whether the operation for in a disaster can be operated by voice based on the operation state; a voice recognition unit that compares a voice signal that is input by a microphone in the car with either pre-registrated voice signal data for call registration or voice signal data for in the disaster; and an operation mode switch unit that switches the mode into the voice signal data for call registration, the data is registered in the voice recognition unit when the mode is determined to be the call registration mode, and switches the mode into the voice signal data for in the disaster, the data is registered in the voice recognition unit when the mode is determined to be the mode for in the disaster based on a determination result of the registrable call determination unit and the disaster occurrence determination unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
