<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain higher temperature load characteristics in a multilayer ceramic capacitor where the thickness of a dielectric ceramic layer is 1 μm or less. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a plurality of laminated dielectric ceramic layers, a plurality of internal electrode layers each arranged between the plurality of dielectric ceramic layers, and an external electrode connected electrically with the plurality of internal electrode layers. When the thickness of one dielectric ceramic layer is tc, and the thickness of one internal electrode layer is te, the tc is 1 μm or less, the te is 1 μm or less, and a relation tc/te≤1 is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
