The present invention consists of a descender intended to slow down and regulate the descent of a user along a cable, provided with cable blocking systems which intervene when the user releases the descender completely or grasps it in panic, characterised in that the descender also allows for ascent, making said cable transition to an opposite direction, without actuating any of the aforesaid blocking systems which would prevent said ascent. |
