A motor vehicle brake device of a clutch and brake system comprises a clutch system, a brake system and an acceleration system that cooperate with each other, and comprises arrangement and operating methods of a clutch pedal (2), a brake pedal (1) and an acceleration pedal (3). During action, the brake system is linked with the clutch system and independent of the acceleration system. During action, the clutch system is not linked with the brake system and is independent of the acceleration system. The clutch pedal (2) and the brake pedal (1) are operated by the left foot of a driver, and the right foot of the driver only operates the acceleration pedal (3). Further, the brake pedal (1) and the clutch pedal (2) are combined into a clutch and brake pedal; the action of the clutch finishes in the upper half travel, and the action of the brake system starts and finishes in the lower half travel; and the clutch and brake pedal is operated by the left foot of the driver, while the acceleration pedal is operated by the right foot of the driver, so the device is simple and clear, safe and reliable and low in the maloperation rate. Meanwhile, also designed are the structures of a clutch pull rod and a brake pull rod of the clutch and brake pedal.
