A wall-through wire connecting terminal comprises at least one terminal base. The terminal base comprises a terminal substrate (21) and two conductive lugs (22). The conductive lugs (22) are fixed on the terminal substrate (21); and a wire connecting hole (28) is formed at each of two ends of each conductive lug (22). In the present invention, two conductive lugs 22 are fixed in one terminal base, so that a circuit loop can be formed in one terminal base. Moreover, a terminal mounting frame may be used to serially connect multiple terminal bases.
