<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet which has high flame retardancy without using an antimony compound and can be used as an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic sheet contains: a magnetic powder; at least one flame retardant aid selected from a group consisting of zinc stannate and zinc hydroxystannate; and a resin composition containing at least one halogen element selected from a group consisting of a chlorine element, a bromine element, and an iodine element.
