<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground installation type transformer device which enables easy removal and attachment work of a blower cooling a heat radiator attached to a side wall of a transformer tank. <P>SOLUTION: A blower housing space 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of an outer case 1 is formed below a heat radiator 4 attached to a side wall of a transformer tank 3. The blower housing space 10 is provided so as to open to the exterior through an opening for work 117 provided at a side wall of one longitudinal end of the outer case 1.
