<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically spread the opening mouth of a refilling gusset bag. <P>SOLUTION: In the gusset bag (1) with a cylindrical portion composed of a packing material containing a metal foil layer, gussets (1f) formed at both sides of the cylindrical portion, a content storage chamber composed of at least two sealing portions (1a and 1g) extended so as to cross both of the gusset portions, and a cutting guide line (1b) set in the vicinity of either of the sealing portions, an elastic tape (21) is attached to a bag wall closer to the content storage chamber than to the cutting guide line. By cutting and opening the gusset bag on the cutting guide line automatically, the opening mouth (1e) is spread by the elasticity of the elastic tape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
