DOCUMENT ANALYZER AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document analyzer and a program that are capable of presenting a category of attribute that is highly correlated to a category of attribute specified by a user.

SOLUTION: Classification means classifies a second category into a third category based on the number of documents classified into the second category and the number of documents classified into both a first category and the second category. Extraction means extracts a characteristic attribute of the third category based on the number of documents including each attribute value in the documents classified into the third category and the number of documents including each attribute value in multiple documents stored in document storage means. Reclassification means reclassifies the third category into a fourth category based on the number of documents classified into the third category, the number of documents classified into both the first category and the third category and the attribute value of characteristic attribute of the third category. Presentation processing means presents the fourth category.
