PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to avoid convergence to a spurious because the transconductance of an inverter is constant regardless of the oscillation frequency in an oscillation circuit where a resonance section and the inverter are connected in parallel, and to provide an oscillation circuit which can avoid convergence to a spurious.
SOLUTION: Power supply to an inverter is stopped when the pulse width of a one-shot circuit is larger than that of an input signal to the inverter, by using the one-shot circuit which outputs a pulse signal of a constant width at the transition point (rising, falling) of the input signal to the inverter. The time average of transconductance decreases in the spurious, and the oscillation does not last.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
