<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic substance member of microstructure in which power consumption caused by a conductor loss can be reduced remarkably and a voltage detection error with a temperature change can be reduced remarkably and which can be worked in free shape. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic substance member is comprised of a conductor unit which is wire-shaped, and a magnetic substance unit which is formed to include the conductor unit.
