The present invention relates to a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet including a dye receiving layer formed of a resin composition for thermal transfer image-receiving sheets, wherein said resin composition includes a resin composition (A) containing a graft polymer (A0) which contains a main chain segment (A1) formed of a polyester resin obtained by polycondensing an alcohol component containing an alkyleneoxide adduct of 2,2-bis-hydroxyphenyl)propane in an amount of 50 mol % or more with a carboxylic acid component, and a side chain segment (A2) formed of an addition polymer-based resin, and has a glass transition temperature of 50° C. or higher; and a resin composition (B) containing a resin (BO) and having a glass transition temperature lower by from 10 to 80° C. than the glass transition temperature of the resin composition (A), and to a process for producing the thermal transfer image-receiving sheet. |
