<p>A control circuit varies an intermittent oscillation frequency using a period signal (PS). A period signal (PS) period signal frequency is set at a frequency lower than the intermittent oscillation frequency, or is set higher than the intermittent oscillation frequency and at a frequency other than an integer multiple of the intermittent oscillation frequency. The phase difference of the period signal (PS) with respect to an intermittent oscillation control signal is set so that the distribution of the intermittent oscillation frequency is dispersed.</p> |
