METHOD FOR DISPLAYING STARTUP/SHUTDOWN IMAGES

Proposed is a method for displaying ON/OFF images, including: step S1: after a startup operation or shutdown operation is triggered, a first processing module sends the image data stored in a first storage module to a second processing module, then the second processing module stores the received image data in a second storage module and sends the same to a display device for displaying on the display device; and step S2: after a configuration operation is started, the second processing module sends the image data stored in the second storage module to the display device for displaying on the display device. By way of the method for displaying startup/shutdown images in the present invention, the images can be displayed when a television (especially an intelligent television) is started up or shut down, so that the system configuration processes such as self-testing, system update and so on will not be displayed, which gives the user a better experience, changes the complicated startup/shutdown process interface of the intelligent television using a simple method, and improves the user experience feeling.
