VEIN AUTHENTICATION DEVICE, VEIN AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM, AND VEIN AUTHENTICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of authentication accuracy.

SOLUTION: A vein authentication device 10 registers vein data item having succeeded in vein authentication in association with a temperature when the vein authentication was performed with a vein data storage unit 15 as reference vein data item. The vein authentication device 10 acquires a temperature. When a vein image of an authentication target is input, the vein authentication device 10 extracts vein data item to be used for collation with the registered vein data item from the vein image of the authentication target. The vein authentication device 10 performs authentication by collating the extracted input vein data item with the registered vein data item corresponding to the acquired temperature among the registered vein data items stored in the vein data storage unit 15.
