<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method of manufacturing solid electrolytic capacitors with a low equivalent series resistance, which can easily provide and certainly reproduce dense polymeric outer layers covering edges excellently. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte capacitors includes the steps of: applying a dispersion a), which includes electrically conductive polymer particles b) containing polyaniline and/or polythiophene, to a capacitor body, which comprises a porous electrode body of an electrode material, a dielectric covering a surface of the electrode material and a solid electrolyte which at least contains an electrically conductive material that covers a dielectric surface; and at least partly removing a dispersion agent d) and/or hardening a binder c) to form an electrically conductive polymer external layer. Each of the electrically conductive polymer particles b) in the dispersion a) has a mean diameter of 70-500 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
