<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which satisfies both of maintaining the superior on-ice performance by a polygonal block and achieving the drainage performance at a high level. <P>SOLUTION: At least three rugged surrounding grooves extending along a tire surrounding direction and a plurality of first lateral grooves extending along a tire crosswise direction are arranged between two circumferential main grooves of a tire tread of a tread part to form a polygonal block group in which at least two polygonal block columns composed of polygonal blocks of pentagon or more are block-formed, side block columns composed of a plurality of side blocks are provided one by one on both sides in the tire crosswise direction of the polygonal block group, both of adjacent polygonal blocks, and adjacent polygonal blocks and side blocks are disposed so that the blocks are overlapped with each other partially when viewing in the tire surrounding direction, and groove widths W<SB POS="POST">4b</SB>of one or more second rugged surrounding grooves of the rugged surrounding grooves are wider than a groove width W<SB POS="POST">4a</SB>of a first rugged surrounding groove serving as the other rugged surrounding groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
