PORTABLE TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload and work time for searching a reading object with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag.

SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 acquires reading direction information of an RFID reader/writer section 18 when an RFID tag 30 is read by an azimuthal magnetic needle section 21 and stores positional information when the RFID tag 30 detected by a motion sensor 19 is read and the acquired reading direction information in a flash memory 17 by making the positional information and the reading direction information as the previous reading positional information and the previous reading direction information to correspond to identification information of the RFID tag 30. The portable terminal 10 acquires the reading direction information of the RFID reader/writer section 18 from azimuth information detected by the azimuthal magnetic needle section 21 and notifies guide information showing the previous reading positional information and the previous reading direction information stored in the flash memory 17 in relation to the positional information detected by the motion sensor 19 and the acquired reading direction information.
