<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily vary an image of a printed picture, that is, a printed result according to the intention of the user. <P>SOLUTION: This ink jet printing apparatus comprises: an ink-jet type ink ejection head 7 for ejecting an ink 6 toward a transporting material 1 to be printed; and a first pretreatment liquid ejection head 9 and a second pretreatment liquid ejection head 90, which eject a first pretreatment liquid (coating liquid) 3 and a second pretreatment liquid (penetrant) 30 which are liquids different from the ink, toward the material 1 to be printed. One or more first pretreatment liquid ejection heads 9 are provided either upstream in the same side of the ink ejection head 7 or upstream in the opposite side of the ink ejection head 7 with respect to the material 1 to be printed, and one or more second pretreatment liquid ejection heads 90 are provided in the other side at which the first pretreatment liquid ejection heads 9 is not provided, with respect to the material 1 to be printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
