Disclosed are a lithium battery electric core module and a design method of a battery package cooling system. The design method of the battery package cooling system provided by the invention is the use of new phase change materials and air-cooling combined to realize heat-dissipating of the electric core group. The specific method comprises: choosing phase change materials and setting a temperature point or range; filling thermally conductive materials into sorbents and changing a heat exchange area of a metal wall of a sorbent bed; designing a design size and configuration mode of a sorbent plate; integrating the phase change material sorbent plate and other cooling systems. The system avoids the use of a heat exchanger, water pump and cycle pipe line in a common liquid cooling system, and also has the advantage of keeping the electric group warmer in a low temperature environment. |
