Provided is a fuel cell module that is inexpensive and capable of ensuring air tightness. A casing (6) is provided with an outer case (50), and with a first inner case (60) forming a gap with said outer case (50). The outer case (50) has an opening (55) in one end (50a). As a result, a configuration is possible in which the first inner case (60), which contains inner structures (a cell stack (3), etc.) which reach high temperatures, is inserted from the length direction (D1) into the outer case (50) through the opening (55).
