HEAT EXCHANGE TYPE VENTILATION SYSTEM

A heat exchange type ventilation system comprises: a main body; a heat exchange device part disposed at the main body to conduct heat exchange between indoor air and external air; and an external air inlet, an indoor air vent, an external air supply opening, and an indoor air inlet that are disposed at a case surrounding the main body. The heat exchange type ventilation system further comprises: a motor blower in the main body; and an aeration ventilation passage disposed from the external air inlet to the external air supply opening through the heat exchange device part. A transversal exhaust air passage through which indoor air flows is disposed between an air supply casing and the case, and a side opening is formed in a lateral surface of a side of the heat exchange device part at which the transversal exhaust air passage is located. An exhaust air ventilation passage is disposed from the indoor air inlet to the indoor air vent through the transversal exhaust air passage, the side opening, and the heat exchange device part.
