A scrubbing razor includes an upper handle, a plurality of outer safety ribs or feet integrally joined to the lower end of the upper handle, and a cutting blade mounted to the lower end of the upper handle. Each of the outer safety ribs or feet has a radially outer end, and a lower flat side lying in a common plane, and each radially outer end extends radially outwardly from the lower end of the upper handle to a rib or feet outer diameter.
