PURPOSE: A quick sheet feeding device and an image forming device are provided to accurately lock a sheet loading part by simple operation without using a lock member and to prevent the damage of the lock member. CONSTITUTION: A quick sheet feeding device comprises a receiving part, a fast feeding part(4), a pulse motor, a contact part, an one-way clutch, and a controller(5). The receiving part comprises a liftable sheet loading part. The fast feeding part quickly feeds sheets loaded on the sheet loading part. The pulse motor lifts up the sheet loading part. The contact part contacts the sheet loading part ascended by the pulse motor at a predetermined position and enables the sheet loading part to be locked on the receiving part. The one way clutch is freely rotated in a direction of the ascended sheet loading part. The rotation of the one way clutch is locked in a direction of the descended sheet loading part. The controller rotates the pulse motor in the direction of the ascended sheet loading part. Even after the seat loading part is contacted to the contact part, the controller additionally rotates the pulse motor in same direction to step out. After the pulse motor is stepped out, the controller cuts an electric current applied to the pulse motor. [Reference numerals] (5) Controller
