PURPOSE: A calibration mini screw guide and manufacturing method thereof are provided to convert the location displacement of a mini screw by forming a guide groove. CONSTITUTION: A jawbone unit is captured. An oral model is scanned. The captured image and the scanned image are combined at the same location of a three-dimensional image program. The image of a sleeve(40) which corresponds to the diameter and length of a calibration mini screw is added to the image outputted from an image combination step.
